Lost all items and boosts

This has happened twice and it is beyond annoying i am uninstalling this game and will not recommend this game to anyone, i use to really enjoy this game but it seems that this problem has occurred more than enough times before this is very disappointing.

    I'm sorry for the late reply...and also for the loss of your boosters!  :(

    As these items are saved directly to your device's memory, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, boosters can be lost.

    I understand that it can be frustrating, and want to thank you for your feedback.

    Hopefully you can still enjoy our Pyramid Solitaire Saga and win new boosters!!
