Thank you very much for your previous help, however, After following your directions l have lost all paid and free boosters. Ok to lose earned boosters but not paid for ones. I have checked with my son and Windows has not updated but he is uncertain if the game has updated. Please will you help rectify this? I look forward to your reply.
Boosters are stored in your tablet or mobile phone so you can use them even if you are not connected to the Internet. However, that means that you can lose them if you reinstall the app, if there is an update or if the game crashes.
If you've lost paid boosters, please contact our Player Support service here so they can compensate them to you.
I'm also curious: you write that you lost your boosters after following our directions, but I cannot find what we told you exactly that could have caused that loss...do you remember when we did?
