I lost ability cards

Hi, after third time, I lost all my ability cards. I save them for difficult levels but again, after third time, I lost them. Can you please tell me why? I did no update, it came out of nowhere, just like it did before. Please, can you return them to me?

I can imagine how frustrating this must have been 
Those items are stored in your device and your account, and can therefore be lost sometimes. Did you purchase them, or win them in the game?

Have had same issue multiple times. It only happens on my tablet, my phone hasn’t had this issue. Have never received response or help from king.com
Newest issue happening on BOTH devices is the Joker no longer loads in the Joker Slot when using Reserve or Scarab powers.

Actually what I have lost on my tablet are all my boosters. I don’t know what ability cards are. Sorry for any confusion
