Has anyone noticed. When hitting the running beetles. You don’t get all the cards. If you have say 5 beetles and each beetles leaves a card behind. You will only get 4 of those prizes. I have ask customer care several times. But they just keep ignoring my inquiry

So, as our Game Expert is busy, I have been playing and investigating a bit: not every scarab will give you a card, some of them also give you points, that's why you can sometimes hit 5 beetles and receive 4 cards (and a random amount of points). 

I hope it helps! 

You can also make a short video that shows what happens when you hit the beetles, so we can investigate it further
