Please make sure you have the latest version of the app. Is the envelope in your game that indicates new lives?
If you click on it, it will show you the donated lives of other players. You can also claim life for yourself.
I have a lot of donated lives from other players.
My mail is missing as well and I took know that I have lives. Even when I got to open the chest and received hearts (lives) I never got them. How can this issue be fixed. I've been playing this game for a long time.
My mailbox is also missing and I know for a fact I have mail, so where is it? Feels like a scam to force us to buy lives??
Hello @brirox , and welcome to the Community!!
Don't worry- the icon will reappear as soon as you have mail. It only disappears when you have no new lives from your friends, so when you receive the next one, you'll be able to see the icon in your game again.
