Dear King.com support and community,
Hello to everyone! I am contacting you for a problem with the pyramid solitaire saga game my mother has been playing on her iPad air 2 for the last 4 years. Last week the game started to crash at launch: I tried to reboot the device, but the issue was still persisting. Everything was up to date. In order to fix the problemIi tried to backup the app data, reinstall it, and re-transfer the app data. Even after this procedure the game kept crashing. Unfortunately, my mother never connected her account to take advantage of cloud backups, therefore all her in game progresses are now lost (now the app is working, of course).
I was wondering if you could unlock some levels on the king.com account I have just created for: she would be very grateful! If you can do that i can provide the details of her accounts. With regard to the game level she reached, she only remembers that it was above 1000.

What your mom was having in her game could be a bug, which usually creates connection issue!
And no need to worry about the lost levels. King Player Support Team will be able to help you out & bring back the levels progress 👍️

Click on above link (in Green fonts), and scroll down all the way to "Didn't save the game? It's too late" part and follow the directions given there.
Hope everything works out and you will be able to bring back the level progress in your mom's game!
