Lost levels

Hi

I am one of the many people affected by the lack of connection in the game. I got to level 2042 then the game put me back to level 2026. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both my computer (windows 10) and my phone (android 9). I have logged out of king and logged back in. Still not back to level 2042 and the game is not syncing between phone and computer. I have replayed two levels and when I have replayed the levels, it shows the stamp on the booster that I used originally to win the level.

My player ID is 1222844128.

After Level 2026, your game did not sync with the server because there were probably some issues with the internet connection.

I would urge you to try the levels again.

Possible that ur lvls play from 2026 to 2042 was offline due to bad internet connection?

win n phone do not sync at real time. So perhaps u may like to choose either 1 to stick to ...

I agree that the connection was probably the case. It still is a problem as of this moment. I, like many others that have posted the same issue, am waiting for it to be fixed.

I was following the suggestion of Miss Lola Pop to another player to contact support to get to where I was in the game. I have replayed a few levels but think that it's kind of a waste of time as if this issue isn't resolved, the game will send me back to level 2026 again. I don't have problems connecting to other games, just this particular game.
