I am very sorry to hear that you have lost your boosters from the game. Unfortunately, that is what happens when we change our device OR reinstall the game App for any reason! But, all those boosters will still be intact on your old device, so you can still play the game and use up all those boosters on your old device.
But, since you have lost your purchased boosters, you will have to contact the "King Player Support Team" and send a request to transfer your purchased boosters to your new device.
You can send that request directly from your game through "Settings" icon --> Then "Purchases" option --> Check "missing boosters" or similar kind of option that fits your issue is available there. If so, click on it and enter the details and submit the form.
If that option is not available, scroll down all the way in the "Purchases" page and click on "Contact Us" tab. Enter all the details you were asked to.
Once you send the complaint, you will receive an automated response as an acknowledgement. And it will take 3 to 5 days to hear from an actual agent. If you have not heard from them by then, you can send a reply to that automated email itself and give them a heads-up and inform them that you are still waiting for their assistance.
You will definitely receive help, but it might take a little bit longer. Since everybody is working from home, we do not know how much work they have in their hands!
