Our Teams are actively working directly with third parties to fix this, however, some implementations need to be done which might take some time.
However, you can try these steps to make it easier for lives to go through the system:
First, try disconnecting your game from Facebook or Kingdom by logging out of the Settings menu. Now close all apps and turn off your device. Turn it off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again. Then check for updates to your device and apps.
Now clear the cache of the game in the following order: Settings> Apps> Game name> Clear cache.
Make sure you are within range of a wireless router. If you are using mobile data, make sure that this is enabled correctly in Settings> Mobile data.
Join the game again, reconnect to Facebook or Kingdom and try to request lives again.
