Why did I lose 2 separate wins?

I won 2 sperate games. It told me to retry & did not give me the win. I bought gold bars & boosters. I played them in both games & lost those as well🤬🥴😠💯☠️

When you said 2 separate "games" -- were you mentioning levels? Can you please tell me which were those levels?

Also, can you please give me these details ---> (1) Device you are using; (2) Your ID number;
