I can’t use the lives my friends send me..When I click on lives, the game stops immediately! I don’t want to restart the game because I will lose boosters. The screenshot shows that I have a notification of new lives.

Hi again!
I may not have explained it well. I get lives from other players but when I click left on the icon, the game stops working right away. I never got lives from friends because I am not connected to them, I get lives from other players. Here’s a screenshot as proof that I’m getting lives, but like I said, I can’t use them
