Whether you played Pyramid Solitaire Saga or not, you have probably seen Helena here in Community, the main character in the game. 

Helena is an archaeologist and aviator in the 1920's and the character is actually inspired by the true aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart.  

Amelia Earhart was the first solo female aviator across the Atlantic. A hero, role model and inspiration. Just like Amelia, Helena is adventurous, independent, intelligent and very brave! 

Helena travels all around the world to find ancient cities, solves mysteries and investigates historical objects. She is a true puzzle solver, just like all Pyramid Solitaire players. 

When we digged in the archaeological Pyramid Solitaire archives, we found some of the first drafts of Helena when the game was created in 2013:

Amelia Earhart was a solo adventurer, but Helena actually has company; Kingsley. A cute and smart little mouse that helps her out to solve mysteries or when she needs to find for her unreachable spaces or objects. Let’s get to know Kingsley a bit better next week, check it out HERE!

I thought she looked like Amelia Earhart. I’ve been playing since the game came out. I didn’t know it was a King game until a few years ago. Thank you for keeping it going. 💫💕

I would love to discover the lost city of gold. Archaeologists have looked for it for decades and haven’t found it. More and more cities are being found in Central and South America where the lost city is supposed to be located. I would love to be on the archaeology team that finds the city. 🤗

The person that inspires me is myself. I love a good challenge. 💕💕
