I asked a question last week about when new levels are released. Since it's now Friday and I hadn't seen any new levels on my windows 10 computer or my phone, I uninistalled and reinstalled the game on both devices.
My problem is now that I have done that, I am back on level 2273 on both devices and was at level 2330. On my phone and computer it shows the levels 2271-2285 with me at level 2273 but shows some of the levels as played and some greyed out. I have had this problem in the past with this game not syncing between my computer and phone. None of my other King games have this problem. I would like to be at level 2330 again and not have this syncing problem with this game. I sign in using my King profile and my player ID is 1222844128. Here is a screen shot from my computer. Its the same on my phone. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Thank you to Diamond Lim and Rajdeeptb for the suggestions on how to fix my problem. I've tried what you suggested and I am still at the wrong level. Quite frankly, I've always had this problem with syncing levels on Pyramid Solitaire Saga. This time it's worse as both devices are STILL on the wrong level. NONE of my other King games have this problem. I will be deleting Pyramid from both devices as I'm tired of the syncing issue. Thank you to everyone and good luck on your levels!

I have the same problem with my iPhone. When you uninstall why don’t you reinstall it and then sign into the King community. Make sure you clear the cache and cookies from your device. This might help. If not then contact customer support from the game or at the bottom of this website where it says “contact us”. You need to give a detailed description of the problem and your game/user ID. Then you will need to respond back to the automated email they sent you. 👍
