I was wondering if you have changed devices lately? If so then you will have to sync the game to your new device. You will need to log out then log back in either through Facebook or the King community using the email you use to sign into this community. If you haven’t changed devices then contact customer support here ⬇️⬇️
Give a detailed description of the problem you’re experiencing and also your player ID number found on your game profile. I think it is a bug in the game. 👍

No, I have not changed my device. The boosters and levels were lost "quietly". As I rarely used boosters, especially pre-game ones (I had over 400 of each of three pre-game and over 30 of each of three in-game boosters), I just realised I had no more jokers when I wanted to use one. Only later, while trying to check what had happened, I discovered that some of the episodes and levels were messed up. I did contact customer care, but so far I have received just a generic reply. I tried to log out then log back but the situation remained unchanged.
