How do I sync devices

I lost all my progress on one of my devices

    Welcome to the wonderful King community. 💕

    Let me see if I can help. Make sure your game is up to date (updated) and then turn off your device then turn the device back on. You can also log out of your game in your profile then log back in with either your King account or your Facebook account and that should fix the problem. I know that helped me. 👍

    If that didn’t fix it then contact customer support at the bottom of this page and give them a detailed description of the problem and also your game ID which can be found in your profile in your game. You will need to respond back to the automated email that customer support sends you with the same information. 🤗

    I resolved the issue , Thank you for all your help, I closed out a Facebook account that it was linked to and wasn’t using, again Thank you for all the help
