It's strange that there are no names on your list so you can send them life. My list is always well filled and fie function works properly in my game Pyramid Solitaire Saga.
Can you please tell me which platform you are playing on and which device you are using? I'm playing on Android 9.0 in the app from the Goggle Play Store.

@jojo1075 maybe it's because you're signed in with Apple ID. I'm signed in with a King account. The lives are sent via King's servers. Also in my friends list I only have players who also have a King account.
Therefore, I would recommend that you create a Kong account. You can do it in the app's profile settings. Open your profile and register with your e-mail and a password of your choice.

@jojo1075 what level are you at right now? Do you have a screenhot of your progress?
Actually, it shouldn't happen that you are thrown back to level 1 when you get a King account. If I do, I could ask a technical support representative or a community manager to get you back on track.
