When did you realize that your boosters were gone? Did you have an update or reinstalled the app? Maybe on a new device?

Your question cannot be answered in such a general way. I need more information from you so we can narrow down the problem.

What type of device are you playing on, which version of the app do you have installed?

My boosters have disappeared also!! Now when I earn new ones they are not saved on my account.

I have the same problem.. no one is solving the problem.

I have signed in and out AND uninstalled.

@madk3 @J837 boosters are always stored on the device on which you purchased them and are only available there. If you uninstall /reinstall the app or the app data is deleted, your boosters will also be lost. 

In addition, you must be logged in to the game with an account (preferably with e-mail and password).
