Spinning non stop?

Hey gang..

What is happening when that little circle in the lower right corner at start of app continues to spin and spin and never turns turns into the green checkmark? Is the game messing up again?

@vicki_o, the icon indicates that the game cannot connect to the server. This can have various causes. Since you've had problems with the game in the past, I suspect it's because of your device. 

Can you please tell me your device specification so I can have it checked.

I'm playing on an Android mobile device, version Android 8.0.0, app version of Pyramid Solitaire Saga is 1.131.1, updated on 01/19/2023. I have 4 GB of free memory and my device works with 3 GB of RAM.

On this version, the game works perfectly and the spinning circle at the bottom right turns into a green tick right after starting the app.

Please provide your device and app data so I can have it checked.
