lost levels

after the android app immediately closing when opened i managed to get it sorted now that its sorted the app has sent me back to level one does anyone know how i can get my levels back that i have had for a few years please

Hi @vinny0644 all you have to do is log back into the game with your account.

Either with your email address / password or if you have secured your progress via a Facebook account, then use these login details.

Progress in each game is stored on your account's servers (either King or Facebook, depending on which account you're using).

If you weren't logged into the game before, your progress wasn't recorded on a server. 

In this case, do you have a screenshot showing how far along you've been in the game? Then employees with special permissions could get you back to that level.
