I'm sorry you can't open and play the game even though you've updated your device.
Please check first if you need to update the app as well.
It is also very important that you have enough free space on your device. You'll need at least 2 GB.
If that's all in order, it's probably because your app didn't notice the new device update. I'm afraid that only a new installation will help. But ATTENTION! If you reinstall, you will lose all boosters. Only your progress and gold bars will be saved across devices if you are logged in with the same account.

Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed
Why cant I acces my profile? I was so much further before I purchased a new phone
my game randomly quit in the middle of playing last night. When I restarted all my boosters have disappeared!! How can I fix this?

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…
