Lost Progress

I had to get a new phone yesterday and followed your instructions for back up, etc. However I still lost everything! I was very high in levels and have paid you a lot to get there. I hope there is a way for you to rectify this.

What information do you need from me.

The collected clues and additional bonuses disappeared: joker, cards and others
Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed

my game randomly quit in the middle of playing last night. When I restarted all my boosters have disappeared!! How can I fix this?

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…
