My mailbox was full of lives and now suddenly it is gone! Is this happening to everyone? I feel like it is a scam to force me to buy lives! I am asked to send lives every 5 minutes on this game it seems unlikely that in 48 hours NO ONE has sent me a single life. I enjoy the game but I will not pay for lives it’s unfortunate!!

Hi @jmac23 , so sorry you have lost your lives and we would never force anyone to purchase anything.
Is our envelope showing?
Also make sure you have the latest version of the app.
You'll need at least 2 GB. How much free storage do you have on your device?
One more thing, you can reset your game. Log out of your game, turn your phone off, wait a few seconds and turn your phone back on. Then log back in with your password. Lets see if that works for you.

I have plenty of storage I have tried all you mentioned. There is no envelope! It was there yesterday and full.

Evidentally you do not have any lives waiting for you if you do not have an envelope. Lets see if you get an envelope tomorrow, showing that you have lives that has been sent to you. 🤗

I am now missing all my boosters and extra decks wild cards that I purchased this afternoon!!! What is going on this is ridiculous!!!

Additionally I understand I don’t have lives waited the issue is I did an somehow they were removed.

Not only did my mailbox go away, all of my friends but 1 disappeared.

This exact same happened to me, my lives, envelope and all but 1 friend has disappeared! Wth

I have like a zillion lives saved. I cannot open the icon. I can send but cannot retrieve!!! been 6 months now.
