I am on level 7379 and I noticed I am not getting treasure chests to chase anymore. What happened?

Sometimes there is a little glitch so lets do a reset on your phone.
Log out of your game, turn your phone off and wait a few seconds, then turn your phone back on and log back in with your password.
Also make sure that your app is updated at all times 💕

I play on my iPhone. Not sure how to log out. I closed the game and shut off phone. When I turned phone back on, there is no option to log in with password. I just open the game again. How do I “log on/off” on iPhone?

Hi @karenwood88 , open the game, tap the cog wheel, you will see the 3 lines, tap that
tap on Profile and you can see log out. Be sure you know your password, because you will be logging back into your game once you shut off your phone and turning the phone back ☺️

I logged out, turned off phone and logged back in. Just started a new level - 490 but no treasure chest waiting like there usually is on a new level.

Sorry they have not shown up as of yet. Sometimes the studio does rotate some of the extras around. Lets give it some time and see if it shows up. 🤗
