Had to uninstall/reinstall today

A "bug" in the game today forced me to uninstall/reinstall my game. While I come back to the correct level, I lose all my Boosters!! This is extremely frustrating because I have paid money for these or earned them through playing. Most frustrated by losing the ones I've paid for! Is there a way to prevent this from happening. I always "save my progress"

I am sorry to say when you uninstall you do loose them. That is so frustrating. 🤗
Do you try to just do a reset on your phone? You will not loose anything doing that as long as your progress is saved. Just log out of your game, turn your phone off and wait a few seconds then turn the phone back on and log back in with your password. You can contact player support Contact Us💕

I didn’t know there was a way to save progress, I thought it automatically does it for you?

Hi, I was just commenting on your other thread that you posted. Mine is saved, but sometime when you changes things with your app, like delete it, you will need to check it and see if it is saving your progress.
May I ask you to please keep posting in one thread, so I can keep all of your comments together. It is very hard to turn over any problems that a member is having when each comment is in a new thread. 🤗
