Why can’t I open the game anymore???
I am sorry you are having a problem. What level were you on and did it bring you back to level ?
If so will you try to play one level and then log out and log back in and see if it brings you back to your original level please 🤗
This same thing happened to me 6 months ago and nothing has worked to get my progress back after uninstalling then reinstalling the app.
Hi, can you tell me what is wrong with your levels please? Have you lost levels?
Althou I have done what you propose, nothing has change with my levels. Only I can give lives to other. And I have 90 GB free space.

Hi, I am sorry you are having this problem. Let do a reset on your phone. Please log out of your game, then turn your phone off and let it set a few seconds, then turn your phone back on. Now you can log back into your game with your log in ID and your password. That should fix it.
Also, make sure you have enough disk space. You'll need at least 2 GB. Jut check your device and make sure you have enough free space left 💕
