Yes, we have been having a problem with that. It has been reported and we have heard back from our CM and wants you to know that they are aware of the problem and they are currently working on it.
We know that it is rather irritating not being able to play, but please be patient while we get this fixed for all of you that are having this problem 🤗
If you will, try to do a reset on your game. Log out of your game, turn off your phone~let it set a few seconds, then turn your phone back on and log back in with your password. Just a hope it might happen, otherwise we will just need to wait for a fix🤗
We are working on this problem. Hopefully we will get some good news this coming week. Please be patient 💕
Hi everyone, We had a game update on Friday which contained a fix for this issue, If you will please check your phone and make sure it is still not pending in your app store'
Then do a reset on your phone and log out of your game, let it set for a few seconds, then log back in.
