Hi, I am so sorry you are having this problem. We were having a problem, but there was an update last Friday. Would you please make sure your game app is updated. Then I would like for you to do a reset on your phone. Log out of your game, then turn your phone off and let it set for a few seconds. Then log back in with your password. You should be set then 🤗
