Hi and welcome to the Pyramid community. Are you saying that you have lost all of your levels? If you will do a soft reset it should bring you back to your current level.
Log out of your game, turn your phone off, and let it set a few seconds. Turn your phone back on, then log back into your game with your email and password. That should bring everything back 💕
