Have you done a soft reboot as of yet? Go to your game and log out (be sure you know your sign in information), then turn your phone off, let it set a few seconds, then turn phone back on and sign in with your email and password.
Every time you go to play Pyramid, please be sure you send lives. The more you do that, then you should see lives coming back to your game. 💕
