Boosters disappeared

I had collected 100’s of boosters over the years and now they have all disappeared. Managed to get 3 more and they disappeared 2 days later. Tried contacting king about it 3 times and absolutely 0 help, just a generic letter saying ask the community, hope this helps you. 🙄
