Progress Not Appearing

I purchased a new phone. I tried capturing my progress via Facebook. It puts me at the correct level (4427) but it does not move over my rewards earned. I can see them on my old phone (via Wi-Fi) but they do not appear on my new phone. I created an account with King hoping that would correct the problem, but it has not. Please advise how I can get my rewards under my progress on my new phone. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the Pyramid Adventurers. Congratulations on your new phone and glad you are on the correct level. Regarding the rewards ~ They are not transferable unless there are some that were purchased. 🤗
