Can't connect to kingdom

I cannot give or receive lives. Also I cannot log in to backup my progress. I have a king user name and password. This has been going on for a couple of years. Now I am changing phones and I need to save my progress.

Hi I am sorry you are having this problem. You are evidently signed in, but the problem might be storage. You'll need at least 2 GB. How much free storage do you have on your old device.🤗
