Free lives from other people

I noticed that i don't getting any free lives anymore. I still give them, but don't get them back. Is there a reason for this?

I’ve been playing for a while and I’ve noticed that the same. I tried to reach out to customer support but I got an automated response about 3 weeks ago. So idk🤷🏻‍♀️

I am so sorry you are having this problem. I just checked my game and I did have lives and the timer for new lives was working also. Please make sure that your game is updated. 💕
