For me, sending and receiving life in Pyramid Solitaire Saga works without any problems. Can you please tell me which account you are logged in with? Do you have a King account or are you logged into the game with a Facebook account? Please comment in the empty box below. Thank you very much.
I can send lives but I am not receiving any. I don't believe that's because no one is sending lives. There is a long list of people. King said they were trying to fix this back in January and yet here we are. It has taken some fun away from the game.
Hi, sorry you are having this problem. With your game itself, are you logged into King. I am not sure with the tablet, but does it say that you are logged in with your email and password for King?

I got a new tablet now can not send or get lives just a black box saying there is a fault

I have been trying for months. When I send lives a box pops up with names listed. Even if I click send it doesn't work. Looks like it's going thru FB. DONT tell me to reset my phone. It still doesnt t work. This is a shame. It could be fixed if they wanted to. It's on their end
Hi, so sorry you are having this problem. Make sure you have your game updated. Also lets do a soft reset on your phone. Please log out of your game (Do not delete the app) turn your phone off and let it set a few seconds. Then turn the phone back on and log back in with your email and password.💕
