No connection

For the past 3 weeks my game continues to state no connections and yet I have 5g and able to play all king games it also doesn’t connect to my facebook save. Please advise. I have tried to log out and in, deleted the app and reinstalled.

1. Do you play on a P.C. or you use a mobile device?
2. Do you use connection with facebook, King account or email/password?

Hi and welcome to the Pyramid Adventurers. I am sorry but you cannot play Pyramid Solitaire thru Facebook and the only way you can play is on a phone. 💕
