Why did I lose all my boosters?

Hi @Vicky7554 Thank you very much for your specification. What about your other boosters? Joker, extra Moves? Didn't you lose any in the crash? FYI: Community managers are not available on weekends. I think I’m doing this all wrong, so bear with me. 45 remove all blockers, 50 see the next card in the deck, and 50 start the level with the cards face up. I’m not certain about the numbers, but I think it’s fairly close. Thank you for your help.

Do you think you have 45 jokers and 50 scepters of power each and extra moves?

I had about 45 of the first one, and about 50 of the other two. I have plenty of space. I was really bummed when I lost it.
Hi @Vicky7554 do you remember how many boosters you had of each variety? The same thing happened to me. I don't know if it was also at level 8572, I think it was 8984 when I was about to play a bonus round.
When I was almost through the level, my game crashed and I couldn't open it again. When I got back into the game, all my boosters were set to zero. How was it for you? When you opened or played the game? I know from experience that Pyramid Solitaire Saga is very sensitive if you don't have enough storage space on your device. You need at least 2 GB of free space. I checked myself and had 5 GB of free space. How much do you have?
I really don’t know. I clicked on the next level (8572) and it shut down. When I started it back up, all my boosters were gone.

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…

I used to receive and send lives all the time. Now I'm not getting many, if any, lives after requesting. Sending lives seems to work OK. Anyone else having this trouble?
