How do you get answers here

I’ve been playing the game for years but just joined the community. I’ve noticed several questions out here but no answers. Just wondering if anyone actually gets help from the community and does anyone from the game’s staff ever contribute to the conversations? Just curiosity at this point

I was just wondering how this all works. Wasn’t sure who answers questions and how you are alerted that a question has been answered. Thanks for your reply now I know. lol thanks again
