Can you please advise me? I've been playing the game for a very long time and I've had many tools, some of them even several hundreds. A few days ago they all got deleted and everything has a zero. Why?? Is there any way you can return it to me? Thank you Jitka

I had the same problem a few years ago… nothing could happen. I was so disappointed! I created a new account and now I'm on 320 level.
