Hi everyone, please do not delete your app. If you do you will loose all of your boosters. Once you have comleted a soft refresh, it will take time to get friends back The friends are added randomly thru King.
Here are some other things that you can do
I know from experience that Pyramid Solitaire Saga is very sensitive if you don't have enough storage space on your device. You need at least 2 GB of free space. I checked myself and had 5 GB of free space. How much do you have?
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on Pyramid Solitaire- tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data 😊
Shutting off phone as described did not work
How did you loose all of your boosters? Did you by chance delete you app, then reinstalled. I am so sorry

I lost all my boost, now I've lost my lives can't send or receive. I been playing this game since 2016, never had this to happen.
tried the shutting off and reopening it didn’t work
Hi everyone, sorry you are having this problem. You might need to do a soft reset. Log out of your game and turn your phone off and let it set a few seconds. Then turn your phone on and log in with your email and password. 🤗
Please do not delete your app, because that will take away your boosters.💕
