Hi, sorry you are having this problem. We have been having some problems with this and has been turned in. Please do a soft reset on your phone.
Log out of your game (do not delete it) turn your phone off, then back on in about 10 seconds. Open your game and log in with your email and password. Lets see if it you start getting lives🤗
