Hi and welcome to the Pyramid community. If the game is frozen, you need to do a soft reset on your phone. Log out of your app (Do Not Delete the App) turn your phone off and in about 10 seconds turn your phone back on. Log into your game with your password and your email.

Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
