Can't go beyond level 235

The game seems to stop at level 235. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still I only see level 235. What's odd is that some of the levels I've completed are colored blue. The game stopped working correcting a few days ago, when it kept crashing.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried these steps by @Nix66? 🤔
If it's not worked, How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Please do the standard troubleshooting process by log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login again. And if you are playing through web browser please clear cache / history and see if it helps you. Please feed back us if you still have any issues.

Thanks for all of the suggestions, but after doing the standard troubleshooting steps the game still won't go beyond level 235.

Are you logged into Facebook or the community? Did you log out of either one and then log back in? 🤔
If that didn’t help and your up to date on all the updates for the game and made sure to clear all your cookies and cache. You will have to contact customer support. Heres a link for that...
You will need a detailed description of the problem and your game/user ID found at the top of your game profile. Double tap the word King at the top and your user ID should appear. You will also have to reply back to the automated email from support.👍
