Please excuse me if there's been a misunderstanding; there are two different problems that can get mixed here.
On the one hand, the Studio is fixing the one which made players be set back some levels which had already been played. There's a solution for that in place, so it should be solved very soon for everyone. Good news for you, @viviedelweiss π
On the other hand, there are players who cannot sync their game across platforms: that means they'll always see a level on their PC, and another one on the mobile device. This issue is much harder to fix and there are no updates at the moment. @anamaeted and @Lakchito , I'm afraid this could be your case, and I'm really sorry if they got mixed. π
