I have beat level 1370 several times I played level 1371 and lost but it keeps taking me back to 1370. Has this happened to anyone else? What to do? It’s it driving me crazy

Very Sorry to hear about the issue you had in the game!
Since it has been more than a week you had the issue, is the game working fine now? Are you able to move onto level # 1371 or are you still having the same issue?

Can you please tell me what is happening when you try to click on level # 1371?
Do you see "Stars" on level # 1370? To my surprise, I have noticed (in the level that I am stuck now - much lower than your level 😅) that, it kept asking me to gain certain score and I am not able to, no matter what! But, I do have a single star on this level, still I am not able to move ahead.
Just wondering, may be this is the case in your game too? Can you please check and let me know?

I’m having the same problem after level 1370. I can’t advance to the next map. I noticed that on the map the total level of stars is /48 instead of /45 like all the other maps. It’s like there is a level that’s not complete on the map but there isn’t a level to complete.

I have escalated this issue to our Pyramid Solitaire Community In-Charge as many players have posting about it.
Unfortunately, they do not work over the weekend. Hence, I request you to wait till late Monday to get an answer for this issue.
In the meantime, can you please tell me which device you are using and what version of the App you have at present?

Thank you. I’m using an iPhone XS and I think the app version is 1.107.0. That’s what the settings page shows.

I have a news with regards to not able to get on to level # 1371.
Our Pyramid Solitaire Community In-charge informed about this issue to the Pyramid Studio team and they are looking into the issue as to why it is happening!

The same thing has happened me. Completed level 1370 and cannot move on any further. Its as of the episode is not complete. Please advise ASAP as I really miss not being able to play 😞
