My (live) icon is completely gone. I still have the active friends list, and can successfully send lives out correctly.
However my icon is gone and appears I can’t receive any lives being sent back.
Anyone else with same issues?

Then please try to access and close the game several times. It is also important that you are logged into the game.

@sfbarb if the first steps haven't helped yet, I'd like to try to help you even further.
I have a few questions about this.
Are you signed in to the game with a King account? Please go to your game, go to the blue button. There is either "Profile" (then you are already logged in) or "Save your progress". In this case, you are not logged in and in this state you will never receive life. Therefore, you should always register the same in all games.
If you're signed in to the game, it could be your device. Please let me know which device/version you are playing on (for example, Android, version 7.1).

No actually nothing mentioned has worked. Sorry for the delayed response, however I really have little interest in playing the game anymore. I can continue to give lives every time I open game. However I can’t receive lives anymore. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game over the years, at my desire of course, however I refuse to buy lives, left with 5 turns and out anyway. Just not enjoyable for me anymore.

Please first check if an update is necessary for your game or device and run it.
If at the moment the envelope with the preserved lives has disappeared, please try to open and close the app several times. If you don't get a request for life when you open the app, there could be a defect. In this case, clear the cache (please do not delete the data) and then turn off your device to leave it off for at least 10 seconds.
Once turned on, open and close the app several times.
