for about 2 months the game completely crashed, if you send lives to friends or go for a sent life, today I open the game, but there is not a single help in it (the joker, the scepter and there is not a single help won!) I had 20 erasing all obstacles, 100-odd flipped cards, and about 100 transparent cards ... everything became zeros

Please tell them what all you have done to try to get them back, for instance logging out etc like I said You need to tell them what phone you are using and the platform. Just general information as you fill out the form. The more info you give the better. They will ask you if you had recently deleted your app.
Also you will need to have your King ID# for them. This is how you find it
Open your Pyramid App
Tap the cog wheel
Tap the 3 lines
TapProfile
You will then see the King Logo, Double tap that and it will show you the Kind ID#
In fairness, this regularly happens. It's a common problem so why we're still at the "contact support and tell them what you've done" phase, I don't know. We should be at the "King fixes their game" phase. I've lost all my tools and awards multiple times. Every time I start building them back up, I open the game and they're gone. Never removed, reset or changed the game in any way - it's just what happens.
Honestly, I was already annoyed at you for removing PC support. I've been playing this game on PC for years. I don't like playing games on my phone, I like the mouse. It's a huge coping mechanism for me and for my mental health and for you to just end support was not cool. Most of your others are avaliable through the microsoft store or on facebook, so why this one isn't I don't know.
