I just opend my game and all my boosters are gone.
Can I have them back, one way or another??

I have already stated the problem here many times but they do not give the correct answer!
I also won some new boots after everything was at 0, but now everything is gone again. Lately a lot has gone wrong with this game, it is no longer fun and help via the helpdesk is not good either. People give the same answers every time via a common list, but do not give the correct answer to the problem!😕
It already happened a second time! But I just keep playing and hoping I to recieve some new boosters... 🤞🕯️
I logged out en in en never retrieved any boosters or my gold I've purchased.

Apple always provides timely updates for iPhones and iPad, even though they are called iPhones differently, IOS IPadOS, and both update the latest at the same time, on September 18 a latest update will be released, iOS 17 and IPadOS 17!

My iPad always has the latest update as soon as it comes I install it!

It's very strange on my iPhone everything remains with fewer boosters, but plays more on iPad and there most boosters had and disappeared a few days ago won new boosters yesterday and today they have already disappeared…

The same thing happened to me all the deserved boosters disappeared, no matter what I try they don't come back on my iPad also reported via helpdesk but then they come up with search answers that don't help...
Hi, I am so sorry that happened. Did you by any chance delete your game app?
If not, lets do a soft reset on your game and see if they returned. Please log out of your game, then turn your phone and let it sit a few seconds. Now log back into your game and sign in with your login in and your password. Now see if they have returned. 🤗

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…
