Why did my booster disappear?

Level 1
I was actively playing when the screen flashed to the home screen. I pressed play and I'm back on level one. I played the level, went back out to sign in and I was back where I left off minus my boosters! Please help. On the screen where you pick the style you want to play the amount of boosters I had were 18,57, and 49. The screen where you are playing the level the amount of boosters I had were 20, 11, and 11. I don't know the names of all the boosters. Please help!!

I'm sorry you lost all your boosters.
Unfortunately, here in the community, we can't offer replacements for boosters that were won for free in-game. Please contact support directly from within the game. On the home screen, use the settings wheel (located at the bottom left), then select the menu with the 3 lines and then the Customer Service button. There is a menu item "My purchases" with the submenu "Why are my boosters gone". At the very bottom there is the button "Contact". Please use it to connect to the game's customer support and describe your problem.

Hi @lovely7680 I hope the support guys are as nice to you as they were to me a year ago. Something similar had happened to me and I had lost all my boosters (quite a lot). Dr Support sent me gold bars (no boosters) after some discussions. But the amount of gold bars was enough for me to buy a small stock again. I continued to play with it and saved the remaining gold bars for later breakdowns.
While boosters are only stored locally on the device, gold bars are stored on the game's server. If you're playing on multiple devices, you can use the gold bars on any device.
