I logged out and now I can’t play and can’t log in.

Sorry you are having this problem. Maybe you have forgotten your password. Are you signing in with your King account? On the login page, beneath the 'Sign-in' button, select 'Forgot password' and enter the email address you used for the account. We'll send an email to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

Neither of the buttons work on the opening screen. I can't start a new game, I can't save my progress.

Hi everyone, we have heard back from our CM and wants you to know that they are aware of the problem and they are currently working on it.
We know that it is rather irritating not being able to play, but please be patient while we get this fixed for all of you that are having this problem 🤗
