I have been playing this game for years and lately the lives I receive from other players is minimal, it never used to be like this. Especially overnight when I resume again the next day there are barely a few new lives given.. what is going on?

Hello I cant received my lives it’s been over 5 months now I tried everything almost lost my level they say working on it nothing yet even said try another game
Thank you for your response @redmama. on your Ipad I am not sure. I have an Iphone so it might be about the same.
Open your game, go to your cogwheel and tap that
Then tap profile
You will see King logo at top, double tap that and it says User ID#
Regarding your screenshot, how are you trying to post it? You can down load it then you can put it in here

So sorry nothing has helped. Can you please tell me what device you are playing on, and let me know that you are connected to wifi and is up to date for your downloads.
Images would be great regarding the pop up on the connection. Also regarding your lives, can you give me a screenshot of what it looks like. example

Yes. I got the standard reply email. Everything suggested I have already tried. I don’t want to uninstall the game and lose all my rewards, etc.
I’m still getting the connection issues pop up.
Have you tried getting in touch with customer services?
Still having connection issues. Cannot give or receive lives. I’ve tried all of the suggestions. Short of uninstalling…and losing all of my boosters, etc, I don’t know what else to do.
I @redmama , have you opened up your game and see if is connected? Go to Cog Wheel, open up settings then look at your profile and see if you are connected.
Also be sure you have enough disk space. You'll need at least 2 GB for Pyramid🤗
I can’t give or receive lives. The pop up “connection issues” has come up repeatedly for weeks.

I was able to play my favourite Pyramid Solitare alot due to my friends sending free lives. I was given 20 gold bars i think to stop my complaining. Please return not only my free lives but the bonuses I have earnt over the years.
I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone.
